  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Products that have been altered from their original condition

Please note that PAENKU Surgicals is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
